I redesigned the primary job discovery experience to help users find, compare, and evaluate relevant opportunities
To improve job discovery and content consistency, I defined a semantic attribute system that standardized how key information such as industry, salary, arrangement, seniority, and employment type were represented across the platform. The system improved scanability for users while enabling scalable, CMS-driven content management and more consistent filtering, tagging, and search experiences.
